United StatesHigh school: Leila has been a part of the Blacksburg High School Soccer Program since she was in 8th grade. This is her 4th year within the Program.
Leila is currently Vice President of Student Council and Treasurer of A Better Community Club. She is a member of National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honors Society). She has been a member of Student Council, A Better Community, and Random Acts of Kindness since her freshman year. Additionally, she was the sophomore class President and Vice President of Students for Peace. She maintains over a 4.0 GPA and takes a full course load of AP Classes. She is on track to graduate from NRCC with her Associates Degree in Computer Science before she leaves high school in 2021.
Personal: Born April 5, 2003. Raised in Blacksburg, Virginia. Daughter of Naveed and Jami Massjouni. Has four younger siblings, Ava (15), Reza (9), Neda (5), and Sina (3).
Club: She has played for New River United since she was five and currently is on the NRU 03G team.
