United StatesHigh School: Julia was on BHS JV soccer team as an 8th grader and was a team captain that season. This is her 3rd year with the Blacksburg Soccer Program. As a freshman, she made 2nd team all district.
She is a community service member for Blacksburg DECA for the past two years. She was Health/ PE student of the month in March 2019. She maintains a 3.9 GPA.
Personal: Born February 16th, 2004. She was born in Maryland and moved to Blacksburg when she was 11 months old. Daughter of Anne and Tim Howland. She has two younger brothers, Jackson (13) and Logan (10).
Club Season: She has played for New River United since she was 5 years old. She was apart of Virginia ODP team for 1 year (2019) and won a Region Championship with them. She currently plays for the 2004/2005 New River United team and guests plays with both the 2003 and 2001/2002 team.
