United StatesHigh school: Rebecca was on the BHS JV soccer team as an 8th and 9th grader and served as a team captain for her 9th grade season. This is her 3rd year in the Blacksburg Soccer Program. In addition to soccer, Rebecca has also been a member of the BHS varsity indoor track team, and went to regionals this past season (2020).
Rebecca is currently a chairwoman on FCCLA’s National Families First Program, a Student Council Representative and a member of the forensics team. Rebecca placed 4th in the forensics regionals in the storytelling category in 2020. Rebecca also volunteers at Kipps Elementary School and maintains a 4.0 GPA. She has also earned her Mandated Reporter Certificate and her Virginia Health and Safety Certificate. Rebecca was cast in Blacksburg High School’s Spring musical, Cinderella, as a featured dancer and has participated in other theatrical performances.
Personal: Rebecca we born November 18th, 2003 in Toledo, Ohio. Her family moved to Blacksburg when she was three and lived here ever since. She is the daughter of Lisa and Bo Webster, and the older sister to Amelia (14) and Reid (10).
Club: She currently plays for New River United 03 Girls team in the CCL Premiership league. Over the past 7 years, Rebecca has played 14 seasons with New River United. Her club team placed in the top five overall for the league this past season (2019/2020). Rebecca also played on the Virginia ODP team for 1 year (2019).
